1. CÁCH 1: SỬA Registry

B1. Nhận phím có biểu tượng Windows + R (Hoặc bạn click chuột phải vào Start thực đơn => lựa chọn Run => Nhập Regedit trong hành lang cửa số hiện ra và nhấn Enter)

B2. Trong cửa sổ hiện lên, lựa chọn từng mục như sau (Ở hành lang cửa số bên trái).

HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareClasses.html

B3. Nếu giá trị mặc định (default value) không giống với htmlfile hoặc bị trống. Bạn bấm vào phải rồi chọn select Modify…

B4. Đổi giá trị lúc này sang htmlfile

B5. Tái diễn từ cách 1 tới 4 cho những mục khác như: .htm, shtml, .xht, .xhtml, .xhtm (ở hành lang cửa số bên trái)

2. CÁCH 2: phục hồi mặc định thiết đặt web.

B1. Đóng Outlook (nếu sẽ mở)B2. Tại Start menu, Nhập mạng internet OptionsB3. Chọn thẻ Advanced, sau đó nhấn Reset.

B4. Trong thẻ Programs, các bạn chọn phối Programs

Sẽ có 1 cửa sổ hiện tại lên, tại đó bạn chọn mix your mặc định Programs.

Kiểm tra xem add e-mail program (Outlook) đã làm được set là khoác định chưa.

Nếu chưa thì để nó là mang định.

Lặp lại mang lại Web Browser.
